Currently, the profile only displays the number of followers and the number of profiles a user is following.

I would like to see who is following me and whom I am following, not just the counts.

As a UI approach, a toggle similar to the one used in the timeline would work well. This would also keep the UI consistent across the application.

For an initial version, a simple list of profiles would be sufficient, each linking to the corresponding profile page.

This seems to be "just" an inconsistency – if you visit your profile via discover, then you can click on your follower count. If you visit it via settings, you can't. Shouldn't be much work, thanks for reporting
